Drawing on my 25 years experience in the Scottish Catering trade and my relationship with local suppliers, myself & Marshall Milne opened the Mussel and Steak Bar  to showcase quality shellfish & prime Scotch Beef.

Having moved fron Osaka, Japan to finish my degree in sociology. I continued to work in the service industry, where I met & married Robert.  I aim to ensure that our customers experience a high degree of satisfaction time & time again.
